Full job description

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
  • Operate the POS system and process cash/card payments
  • Reheat pizza slices correctly and ensure they are served hot and fresh
  • Cut, plate and package pizza slices and whole pizzas
  • Prepare and pack takeaway and online delivery orders
  • Manage Uber Eats and other delivery-platform orders
  • Answer phone calls and take customer orders
  • Keep the pizza display fully stocked and presentable
  • Restock drinks, packaging, sauces and front-of-house supplies
  • Check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers or drivers
  • Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, floors and customer areas
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Handle customer questions and resolve basic service issues
  • Communicate with the kitchen to keep orders moving efficiently
  • Work effectively under pressure during busy service periods
  • Support other team members as required

Pay: $28.00 – $44.86 per hour
