HLA Australia is looking for a reliable and customer-focused casual menswear retail sales assistant to join our team at multiple locations (chatswood , Eastergarden , Parramatta and Blacktown etc)

HLA is a leading menswear and lifestyle fashion brand, offering modern, practical, and affordable clothing for everyday wear. In Australia, HLA is operated by Fast Fashion Pty Ltd, and we are continuing to grow our retail presence across major shopping centers.

This role is suitable for someone with previous fashion retail, menswear retail, or customer-facing sales experience who is confident assisting customers with product selection, sizing, fit and styling advice.

About the Role

As a casual menswear retail sales assistant, you will support the store team with customer service, sales, stock handling, and daily store presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing professional, friendly service
• Assisting customers with menswear sizing, fit, product selection and styling advice
• Processing sales through the POS system
• Supporting fitting room management and customer enquiries
• Maintaining strong product presentation across the sales floor
• Replenishing stock, folding garments, tagging products and keeping the store organised
• Supporting promotions, stock movements and busy trading periods
• Following company policies, store procedures and manager instructions

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in retail, fashion retail, menswear or customer service
• Confident speaking with customers and assisting with product recommendations
• Professional, well-presented and reliable
• Punctual and responsible with rostered shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shopping centre environment
• Available for flexible casual shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work as part of a team and follow store procedures

Previous menswear retail experience is highly regarded.
