Auswide Couriers is expanding across Melbourne and is looking for reliable, professional and motivated Courier Drivers to join our growing team.

With multiple positions and depot locations available across both cities, we offer plenty of flexibility when it comes to where and when you work. Wherever possible, we'll work with you to structure your hours around your availability.

You can use your own suitable vehicle or a company vehicle can be provided, depending on the position.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Completing courier pickups and deliveries
• Delivering throughout Melbourne or Sydney metro and surrounding areas
• Loading and unloading parcels and other items
• Planning and following efficient delivery routes
• Completing deliveries safely and on time
• Obtaining proof of delivery where required
• Communicating with customers, dispatch and depot staff
• Handling goods with appropriate care
• Maintaining accurate delivery information
• Keeping your vehicle clean and presentable
• Following company procedures and Australian road safety requirements

What We're Looking For

Successful applicants will:

• Hold a current Australian C Class driver's licence
• Have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one
• Have a good driving record
• Be reliable, punctual and organised
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Be comfortable working independently
• Have a professional and positive attitude
• Be confident using GPS and navigation apps
• Be physically capable of performing normal courier duties
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using delivery applications
• Have the right to work in Australia

Experience

Previous experience in courier driving, parcel delivery, transport, logistics or other professional driving roles is highly regarded but not essential.

Vehicle Options

Auswide Couriers offers flexibility when it comes to vehicles.

Company vehicles can be provided for suitable positions, so having your own delivery vehicle is not essential.

Drivers who already have a suitable vehicle may also have the option to use their own.

Vehicle arrangements will depend on the position and can be discussed during the application process.

Flexible Hours

We understand that everyone's schedule is different.

Whether you're looking for full-time hours, part-time work, casual shifts or greater flexibility, we'd like to hear from you.

Where operationally possible, we'll work with you to structure your hours around your availability.

Depot Locations

Positions are available from multiple depot locations throughout Melbourne and Sydney, with delivery work covering metropolitan and surrounding areas.

Depending on availability, we'll aim to match successful applicants with a suitable depot and working area.

Licence & Police Check

Applicants must hold a valid Australian C Class driver's licence.

You must also have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one as part of the recruitment process.

Additional licence or driving-history checks may be required depending on the position.

Pay: $52.00 – $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
