Lead a Modern Brisbane Venue with Endless Opportunity

Located just minutes from the Brisbane CBD, Crown Hotel Lutwyche is a modern, community-focused venue offering a premium food and beverage experience alongside gaming, live sport and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for an ambitious Venue Manager to lead the team, drive performance and continue building on the venue's success.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader looking to take the next step with one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

What You'll Be Doing

As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue by:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
  • Driving exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards.
  • Managing venue performance, labour, costs and financial outcomes.
  • Building a positive team culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
  • Driving business growth through strong commercial decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior operational hospitality leadership role.
  • A genuine team player who leads by example.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and venue performance.
