About the opportunity

As an Indoor Delivery Officer, you’ll be based at a Parcel Delivery Centre, helping to keep parcels moving efficiently through the network. Your role includes loading and unloading delivery vans, swapping ULD's (Unit Loading Devices), setting up and maintaining dock operations, and ensuring parcels are handled safely and prepared for on-time delivery.

You’ll work across modern processing equipment and systems, using load‑shifting tools such as hand pallet devices and stackers in close collaboration with your team to keep mail moving safely and efficiently through the facility.

This is a strong entry‑level opportunity to learn how large‑scale operations work, build practical skills and contribute to a trusted service that communities rely on. With a focus on safety, teamwork and reliability, the experience gained in this role can open pathways to future opportunities across processing, delivery and logistics. The shift time is 1.06pm to 6.06pm Monday to Friday.

About you

• Flexible and willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Detail‑focused, reliable and able to handle parcels up to 16kg.
• Communicate clearly, work proactively and support teammates in busy environments.
• Experience with pallet jacks or stackers is helpful but not essential.
