Full job description

The participant has requested a Vietnamese speaking female support worker who is passionate about making a positive difference in someone’s life? We need you to join our team and provide compassionate, personalized care to one of our participant.

Position: Support Worker

You must speak Vietnamese Language as per the participant's request.

Shifts: 2-3 shifts per week guaranteed
Location: Logan Central
Employment Type: Casual.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our participant by offering respectful, empathetic, and reliable assistance. Your commitment will help foster independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support tailored to the participant’s needs
  • Assist with daily activities and community engagement
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
  • Communicate effectively with the participant and support team
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times
  • Prepare Vietnamese meals

What We’re Looking For

  • Support worker committed to providing high-quality support
  • Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
  • Experience in support work or related fields preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week consistently
