Beauty Therapist – Full-Time

Location: Mt Gravatt Plaza, 55 Creek Road, Mount Gravatt QLD 4122Salary: AUD 70,000 – AUD 80,000 plus superannuation

K&G Nails-Beauty is a professional nail and beauty salon located in Mt Gravatt Plaza, Mount Gravatt. We provide a range of beauty services, including nail care, eyelash treatments, waxing and related beauty services. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments to clients, with a focus on nail care and eyelash services. Duties will include:

• Providing professional nail care, eyelash and waxing services to clients• Performing manicures, pedicures, gel polish, SNS, acrylic and poly gel nail applications• Providing nail trimming, shaping, buffing, nail repair and decorative nail art services• Performing eyelash extensions, lash infill, lash tinting and eyebrow tinting• Providing facial and body waxing services• Consulting with clients and recommending suitable treatments based on their needs• Maintaining high hygiene standards, including cleaning workstations and sterilising tools• Managing bookings, appointments and client treatment records• Providing aftercare advice and ensuring client satisfaction• Delivering friendly, professional and high-quality customer service

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology or a related field• Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar salon role• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, nail care and hygiene procedures• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality• Strong communication and customer service skills• A professional, friendly and well-presented manner• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality• Experience with POS and booking systems will be highly regarded
