Overview

We coach men to build muscle, drop body fat, and become the strongest, most capable version of themselves.

The Role

You own the client relationship and the outcome. You build programs, set nutrition, review check ins, and drive results.

Currently coaching in person? This is the move online, past the limits of hours, commute, and gym splits.

You'll be measured on results, retention, adherence, and completion. Real coaching, not admin with a fitness label.

What You'll Do

• Build and progress individualised training programs
• Set calories, macros, and nutrition targets
• Review weekly check ins with video feedback
• Track weigh ins and data, adjust before clients stall
• Coach exercise technique remotely
• Catch struggling clients early and get them on track
• Collect wins and testimonials weekly
• Keep client notes and systems clean

Who You Are

• In person PT ready to move online, or already coaching remotely
• You train seriously yourself and have your own results
• Proven track record of real client transformations
• Warm but direct communicator
• Coachable, low ego, fast with feedback
• Self driven, no one is chasing you
• Wants volume and quality, not one or the other
• Is genuinely passionate about helping people change their lives

Requirements

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (SIS30321 / SIS40221) with active AUSactive registration (or equivalent state body) or an internationally recognised equivalent (NASM-CPT, ACE-CPT, ISSA-CPT, NSCA-CPT, ACSM-CPT)
• Documented before and after client results
• Specialisation in strength and conditioning
• Australia based, available during standard Australian business hours
• Reliable internet, own laptop, full time availability
• Coaches male clients exclusively; hiring a male coach for this role

Bonuses

• NSCA-CSCS
• Bachelor's/master's in exercise science, kinesiology, or sports science, or ESSA accreditation (AEP/AES)
• Nutrition credential: Precision Nutrition L1/L2, NASM-CNC, ISSA Nutritionist, or APD
• NASM-PES/CES, USAW or equivalent, FMS, mobility/corrective certifications
• Endurance or athletic performance background
• Experience managing a large roster without dropping standards
• Experience with online coaching platforms and CRMs
