Macpac Perth is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about personal development, safety leadership, and team success. You’ll bring proven experience in coaching and mentoring, along with the ability to organise, plan, and execute store strategies effectively. • Full-time permanent on-going role, based at Perth Macpac
• 7-day rotating roster, shared with the Store Manager.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.

To be successful in the role

This role is set in a high energy environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
