We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House Professional who is passionate about great food, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

About the Role
As a Front of House Professional you'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with two hatted Owner & Chef Stuart Bell.
  • Working directly with Restaurant Manager.
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately & efficiently
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently.
  • Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting dining space.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Handling payments and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
  • Working with Restaurant Manager to create productive restaurant layouts

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred
  • Extensive food and wine knowledge
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Hours

  • Wednesday - Lunch only (closed at night)
  • Thursday to Saturday - Lunch & Dinner
  • Sunday - Lunch only (closed at night)
  • Lunch and Dinner Service
  • Flexible arrangements

Mid to late morning starts allowing for work life balance. Maybe required for additional functions on certain evenings.
