Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused administration staff member to join our motivated and dynamic team at Warringal Private Hospital. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public.

This is an exciting and pivotal role where your team and customer services skills will be highly valued.

Your Key Skills and Experience

• Exhibit excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivery outstanding customer care.
• High-level time management and organisational skills for seamless workflow.
• Possess knowledge of medical terminology, a valuable asset for this role
• Bring a professional and personable disposition, creating positive interactions.
• Display a willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts effortlessly.

Advantageous skills:

• Familiarity with Meditech software provides an edge
• Experience with Medical Director/Blue chip and Tyro is desirable
• Previous experience in a hospital/medical environment.
