Full job description

Eildon’s 5 Rivers Pizzeria/Lake Eildon Hotel is looking for a qualified chef/pizza chef to take on the head position.

The successful candidate will have a minimum two (2)years’ experience, with a strong work ethic and an ability to keep calm under pressure.

The position is a full-time role which includes evening and weekend shifts.

The right candidate will prepare traditional, Italian, hand-stretched pizzas amongst other restaurant dishes.

There is the potential for sponsorship for the right candidate.

We are looking for an experienced chef with:

  • Minimum 2 years’experience as a qualified chef
  • Proven ability in stock management and waste minimisation
  • Experience in menu design and preparation including weekly specials and promotions
  • Ability to lead other staff when required
  • Must currently be living in Australia
