Exterior Cleaning Technician (House Washing & Pressure Cleaning)
Permanent Casual Position

$36 per hour (starting rate during training) | $44 per hour once fully trained
Location: Mobile role – Various locations across Brisbane daily
Office Base: Rochedale, QLD 4123

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a permanent casual position with consistent Monday to Friday work (7.6-hour shifts). Additional Saturday work is available at a higher rate, along with occasional extra shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services, including House Washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Cleaning, Fence Cleaning, and basic Window Cleaning.
  • Coordinate and complete daily jobs efficiently across Brisbane.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work vehicle at all times.
  • Strictly follow all Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Perform other tasks as directed.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have height experience (working at heights, particularly roof and gutter work) – essential.
  • Current manual driver’s licence (full, unrestricted) – essential.
  • Previous outdoor work experience is preferred, however no prior cleaning experience is essential – full training provided.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to meet daily deadlines.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

What We Offer:

  • Starting rate of $36 per hour throughout the training period (first 2 months).
  • $44 per hour once fully trained.
  • Consistent 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Additional Saturday work available at a premium rate.
