About the Role
As an Field Visual Merchandiser, you will bring our brand vision to life by leading merchandising execution across multiple stores (new and existing!). This role will balance creativity with commercial impact to inspire customers and support store teams.

• Bring Stores to Life – Execute impactful visual merchandising across new and existing stores, creating engaging and inspiring shopping experiences.
  
• Drive Results Through Visual Excellence – Use sales insights and commercial awareness to make merchandising decisions that support store performance.
  
• Lead From the Floor – Work alongside store leaders and teams, demonstrating best-practice merchandising, promotional setups, mannequin styling, and visual standards.
  
• Coach and Inspire Teams – Build confidence and capability within store teams through hands-on training, feedback, and ongoing support.
  
• Be the VM Expert on the Road – Travel between stores to maintain consistency, elevate presentation standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Deliver Exciting Campaigns – Coordinate and execute seasonal launches, promotions, window displays, and visual changeovers across your store network.
  
• Partner for Success – Collaborate with Store Leadership teams to create visually compelling environments that engage customers and drive sales.

What You Bring:
In addition to these technical components of the role, you will also collaborate with the Store Leadership Teams to ensure we provide a visual experience that excites and engages our customers.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar in-store cluster VM or Area VM role
• Based in Brisbane or Gold Coast- Essential
• A flair for creativity and a strong eye for design and detail
• Confidence using VM guidelines and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability
• Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel to various locations, must have a full driver's license.
• Full-time availability 38 hours per week or Part-Time 4 days per week 30-32 hours.
