About the role

An exciting Full-Time opportunity to provide administrative and secretarial support, maintain databases, coordinate referrals and reviews, and oversee facility procurement, assets, and building maintenance.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined above.
Provide high level of secretarial support to the Team Manager, HHOT including diary maintenance and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including coordinating interview schedules, preparing interview packs and questions, booking meeting rooms and ensuring all interview arrangements are in place.
Support the onboarding and orientation of new team members by ensuring they have access to the appropriate network drives, systems, resources and information required to perform their role effectively within the team.
Provide general administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team; assist in the preparation of various meetings; minuting, organising and distributing agendas and dates.
