Customer Resource Support:

· Cross-selling opportunities across real estate, study abroad& immigration, foreign exchange, and investment businesses, sharing transaction platforms and customer resources

The Role:

• Have sufficient professional background and skills in mortgage industry in Australia, mortgage broking experiences are preferred
• Be able to demonstrate sufficient competency in managing a branch and leading the consultants
• Plan, deliver and review branch financial targets based on head quarter strategic goal
• Plan, deliver and review branch activities including recruitment, training, mentoring, driving performance, career planning, and managing behaviors for consultants, to meet branch performance target
• Have regular meetings with head office departments, including but not limited to credit, product, compliance, marketing, and sale support, etc., to receive and execute head office instruction, and to achieve planned targets
• Develop and Maintain business network
• Mandarin/Cantonese speaker preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: base income from $80k -150k plus bonus and dividend (could be more competitive depends on work performance)
