Job Description:

As a VR Ride Attendant/Operator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operation of our virtual reality rides and ensuring the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all guests. You'll guide riders on their thrilling virtual adventures and ensure that every rider has a smooth, safe and unforgettable experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a positive, energetic attitude and get them excited for their VR journey
  • Explain how Virtual reality and the amusement device works, including safety measures and ride expectations.
  • Provide guidance on selecting games or experiences based on age and preferences.
  • Assist guests in boarding and disembarking from the VR ride ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor VR equipment and software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all safety protocols & guidelines are followed and monitor guests’ well-being throughout the experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of VR equipment and the surrounding area.
  • Provide first-class customer service by answering questions, offering tips and reporting any technical issues to the technical support team.
  • Be the ultimate ambassador of fun and positivity!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural people person with a friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality.
  • Previous experience in sales or front line customer service is highly desirable. Preference in kids entertainment industry however not essential.
  • Strong interest or experience with virtual reality technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and interact positively with guests.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a public yet fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical skills or willingness to learn how to operate and troubleshoot VR systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to handle basic first aid

Pay: Up to $30.35 per hour
