About the Role
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will join a high-performing team of sales professionals driving business transformation and growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and shaping the future, responsible for net-new business sales in Public Sector accounts. You’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to really make your mark.
What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue growth: Exceed your booking and revenue targets by selling our software, cloud, hardware, and professional services solutions.
  • Own the hunt: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through your own outreach, qualified leads, and participation in marketing campaigns and events.
  • Expand existing accounts: Unlock additional value for customers by promoting new licenses, modules, and services across their organisations.
  • Deliver with discipline: Maintain precise forecasts, meet quarterly commitments, and bring rigor to every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Strategise for success: Develop and execute account plans that drive scale, deepen relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate to win: Lead cross-functional teams—including pre-sales, professional services, and support—to design and deliver winning client solutions.
  • Be a market maker: Champion our solutions in the Australian marketplace and elevate brand awareness to achieve leadership within key industry sectors.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new business development and consistent overachievement of targets within the Australian Public Sector
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (6–9 months) from prospecting to close.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment, with self-drive and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.
