Wingboy Parramatta – Bar & Floor Crew (Waitstaff / Bartender)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30–$40 per hour + weekend penalty rates

Location: 279 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150 (Sydney Western Suburbs)

Big flavour. Electric atmosphere. Friendly service. That’s Wingboy! Sydney’s best wing joint, now five venues strong across Haymarket, Randwick, Newtown, Parramatta and Penrith. We’re on the hunt for outgoing, high-energy Bar & Floor crew (waitstaff / bartenders) to join the team at our Parramatta venue and help keep the good times (and wings) coming.

This is a casual role with flexible hours to fit around your study, sport or side hustle, you’ll be front and centre of the Wingboy buzz, working the floor and behind the bar.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working as part of a small close knit team
  • Communicating clearly with teammates and management
  • Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Running food and drinks to tables
  • Taking orders and handling customer interactions
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Working behind the bar

  • Prior hospitality experience preferred (not essential)
