Chatime DFO Homebush is looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our busy store. Whether you're a university student, school leaver, or someone looking for flexible casual work, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food preparation and barista-style drink making.

No previous bubble tea experience is required—we provide full training.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium bubble tea and beverages to Chatime standards
• Deliver friendly, fast and professional customer service
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and process customer payments
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory
• Keep the store clean, organised and presentation-ready
• Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner and weekend trade
• Support your teammates to deliver a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable following recipes and company procedures
• Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
• Availability over the December and January holiday period is highly regarded

Previous experience in any of the following is advantageous but not essential:
