About the role
- Assist in the management and monitoring of capital works and maintenance programs and projects.
- Respond to, and resolve, complex enquiries to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies.
- Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques.
- Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on, business unit performance, and make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding program status and implementation issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share information and exchange knowledge and to support a team-based culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- You will be working with the Facilities Maintenance Contracts Team providing support.
- General understanding and experience working within an Asset management Unit would be beneficial.

- Experience in the use of Microsoft 365 applications
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
