Monsterball Amusements & Hire is Western Australia's leading inflatable amusement and event hire company. We supply a wide range of bouncy castles, obstacle courses, water slides, climbing walls and interactive attractions to schools, festivals, community events, corporate functions and private parties throughout Perth and regional Western Australia.

We are looking for energetic, reliable and motivated Event Assistants to join our team for the upcoming season.

This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy working outdoors, staying active and being part of a team that delivers memorable events.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and packing down inflatable and event equipment
• Supervising inflatables and attractions during events
• Loading and unloading equipment from company vehicles
• Cleaning, maintaining and preparing equipment for future events
• Driving company vehicles to and from event locations
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe event environment

What We're Looking For

• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Previous experience in events, labouring, removals, warehousing or similar physical work preferred
• Forklift licence highly regarded
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with children and members of the public
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours

Location

Based in Fremantle, WA, with work across the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia.
