Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and caring Support Worker to provide support to a participant who requires 24/7 care.

The role includes personal support, daily living assistance, community access, and following the participant’s care plan. Flexible hours are required, including possible day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

The successful applicant must be comfortable working in a home environment with pets, including dogs, cats, chickens and horses.
