Full job description

Boutique accounting firm with flexible working hours and lifestyle.

Works include but not limited to

- manage and prepare docs for ASIC matters on behalf of clients.

- bookkeeping for BAS & year-end bookkeeping in various software for various entities.

- draft personal tax returns etc.

- office admin.

- sorting Excel worksheets.

- correspondence with clients

Candidate is required to be

  • attention to details.
  • able to follow instructions and avoid repetitive errors.
  • able to adapt to specific requirements on email
  • able to form judgements based on facts/info.
  • comfortable with providing responses in writing (by not using AI software).
  • have reasonable level of problem solving.
  • at least 3 months similar experience

Understanding additional language is surplus but not mandatory.
