About the Role

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will support clients in their homes and community by:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with social and community engagement
  • Supporting daily living activities
  • Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns
  • Maintaining clear and detailed case notes
  • Building trusting relationships with clients and families

Essential Requirements

  • Current Federal Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate III in Ageing Support, Individual Support, or Community Care
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Comprehensive car insurance
