The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support a premium residential construction company based in Australia.

You’ll play a key role in managing the full estimating lifecycle across custom homes, renovations, and extensions, helping reduce quoting turnaround times, improve operational efficiency, and support the business as it continues to grow.

This role will suit someone that is technically minded, highly organised, systems-focused, and confident working collaboratively within a fast-paced residential construction environment.

About the role

This part-time remote role (24-hours per week) with the opportunity to grow! You’ll focus on residential construction estimating, supplier coordination, variation pricing, and improving processes within WunderBuild.

You’ll work closely with the directors to manage projects throughout the full estimating lifecycle — from concept pricing through to final contract pricing and construction variations.

The role also includes coordinating supplier and subcontractor quotes, updating pricing as projects evolve, and helping improve estimating systems, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

If you’re proactive, organised, technically minded, and experienced in residential construction estimating, then apply now!
