Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Australian Work Rights Visa). You must attach to your application in order to progress.
Join a dedicated healthcare team where your clinical expertise and compassionate care will make a real difference to patient outcomes every day.
You will deliver safe, high-quality patient care, contribute to positive patient outcomes, support quality improvement initiatives, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This role includes exposure to trauma cases and participation in a seven-day rotating roster, including on-call requirements.
About You
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Experience in an acute hospital and/or outpatient environment
- Ability to wear Lead Gown & previous interventional radiology experience desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confidence using clinical information systems and technology
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
