Store Manager

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our crew at Chatime Warringah Mall and help bring that experience to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Lead, coach, and help our team members grow in a positive and fun environment

· Deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience

· Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and policies

· Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence

· Manage team rostering, stock-take, and stock ordering

· Support the rollout of promotions, marketing campaigns and new product launches

About You:

· You're a people person who loves developing and motivating a team

· You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· You're a confident communicator who is proactive and takes initiative

Previous experience in management or at Chatime is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $33.19 per hour
