About the Role

Breadtop is looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable team members to join us as Retail Assistants and Baker Assistants. If you enjoy customer service, teamwork, and the lively atmosphere of a busy bakery environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Locations

  • The Glen Shopping Mall

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and efficient customer service
  • Assist with product display, food handling, and store presentation
  • Support daily bakery operations when required
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Retail or bakery experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Training will be provided for successful applicants
