We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our supportive front office team. This varied and rewarding role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is committed to supporting the wellbeing and success of students.
As a key member of the administration team, you will provide a high standard of support to students, families, visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include reception and customer service duties, telephone and email enquiries, first aid, administrative support including newsletters, student attendance and supporting excursions and events and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive and welcoming approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. A genuine commitment to providing outstanding service and building positive relationships with our school community is essential.

Compliance Requirements / Qualifications

- First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
Desirables
- Experience in an administration role
- Knowledge of school specific software including Sentral would be an advantage
- Certificate IV or equivalent e.g., Business Administration, Government (School Support Services), Government.
- Business qualifications or experience in a business-related role
- Financial qualifications or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 18 December 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
