Hello Home Doctor Service are seeking experienced contact centre operators with demonstrated experience.

Shifts will be flexible and required across the following days and times:-

  • Monday to Sunday: am / pm / evening shifts
  • Public Holidays: am / pm / evening shifts
  • Overnight: various shifts starting from 2200 to 0900.
  • Onsite shifts will be offered.

Our Service is seeking candidates with the following experience :-

  • Previous contact centre / customer service experience
  • Demonstrated dispatch/logistics experience
  • Previous experience in the medical field an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and data entry skills.

Successful applicants must:-

  • Have Call Centre Experience
  • Be available to work across weeknights, weekends, overnights and/or public holidays
  • Be available for immediate training.
  • Be willing to work 15 to 25 hours on a casual basis weekly
