-
Advising senior stakeholders on changes affecting accreditation and authorisation boundaries.
-
Coordinating with the Security Manager, Chief Security Officer, and Program Managers to support enterprise-aligned security strategies.

Supporting security plans and risk mitigations in line with DISP and program requirements.
-
Assisting with incident management, contract security compliance, and international agreements related to people, assets and information.
- Promoting a strong and proactive security culture across programs and teams.
Cyber Responsibilities
While not required, experience in cyber security will be highly regarded and may include:
-
Supporting cybersecurity risk assessments and incident response activities.
-
Assisting in the implementation of ISM-compliant procedures and improvement plans.
-
Collaborating on integration of cybersecurity requirements into program planning.
About you:
Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Senior Security Representative to support the protective security requirements of one of the nation’s most advanced Defence programs – AIR6500, the Joint Air Battle Management System.
You bring sound experience in protective security, ideally within Defence or a highly regulated environment, with:
-
Familiarity with DISP, PSPF/DSPF, ISM and security-related compliance frameworks.
-
Experience working with Security Classification Categorisation Guides (SCCG).
-
Exposure to classified environments and facility accreditation under SCEC standards.
-
Ability to navigate security obligations across internal and external stakeholders.
-
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, business-minded approach to security challenges.
Additional Desirable Skills
-
Experience working with Special Access Programs (SAP)
-
Understanding and experience in US International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Australian Export/Import rules and French Export/Import rules
-
COMSEC awareness and ASD-approved cryptographic training
-

Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
