We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join our Digital Services team.

As an IT Helpdesk Support Officer, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for providing frontline ICT support to Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) staff. You’ll assist with resolving ICT incidents and service requests, provide guidance to users, and help ensure employees can effectively access and use the technology, systems and services they rely on each day.

You will support the deployment, maintenance and ongoing operation of ICT equipment and services, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and contribute to the delivery of secure, reliable and productive digital services across the ACNC. You’ll work closely with users, service desk staff and technical teams to identify, resolve and escalate issues where required. You’ll have an understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies and apply an operational focus to delivering effective user support.

Through effective collaboration and customer service, you will help maintain the reliability and performance of ICT services while contributing to a positive user experience across the ACNC.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Melbourne CBD.
