About us
Croc’s Playcentre Derrimut with an in-house Muffin Break café is a high-energy, family venue where great coffee and great customer service go hand-in-hand.

The role
We’re seeking a Barista/All-Rounder who thrives in a fast, high-volume environment. You’ll set the standard on coffee quality, speed, and customer experience

What you’ll do

  • Dial-in, calibrate, and pull consistently excellent shots during peak times
  • Lead by example on service, upselling, and queue management
  • Operate POS, handle cash/EFT, and maintain café cleanliness/food safety
  • Support the broader centre team to create a smooth, fun experience for families

What you’ll bring

  • Proven barista experience
  • Friendly, calm under pressure, and team-first mindset
  • Availability: weekdays( between 8:30 am-5:00 pm) , some evenings, and school holidays
