Position Description

• Full time ongoing position
• ASO4 salary range $79,432 - $83,266 p.a. + super
• Location of position flexible with successful applicant (Regional candidates encouraged to apply)

The Opportunity

This position is the first point of contact for questions about the employee experience; People and Culture services. The Employee Experience Advisor provides a triage service and is responsible for resolving employees’ P&C related queries.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a P&C advisory role
• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Active working knowledge and application of employment legislation and regulations
• Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
