We currently have a permanent Level 4 Senior People and Culture Officer position available with the possibility of a permanent or fixed term Level 3 People and Culture Officer and Board & Committee Support Officer role becoming available soon.


Senior People and Culture Officer – Level 4 – Available now!

You’re the Swiss-army knife of Human Resources - delivering a range of a human resource services to support People and Culture functions like transactional services, classification and establishment, process improvement, HR projects and providing advice to staff and leaders alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to stretch their HR muscle and start to develop into a Business Partner. While we would love if you had previous public sector experience, if you’re the right person for the job we don’t mind where you come from!


People and Culture Officer – Level 3 – Coming to a stage near you soon!

This is a possible opportunity that may become available in the upcoming months.

Another key player in the toolbox of HR – being responsible for and assisting the Senior People and Culture Officer to deliver a range of administrative and transactional human resource services such as, pay and leave entitlements, recruitment assistance, onboarding, induction, terminations and HR administration. If you’re thinking about a career in HR – this is a great steppingstone for you.


Board & Committee Support Officer – Level 3 – Coming to a stage near you soon!

This is a possible opportunity that may become available in the upcoming months.

Step into the engine room of good governance and play a pivotal role in supporting the decisions that shape the Arts and Culture Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives on creating order behind the scenes. You will help coordinate Board and Committee meetings from end to end, prepare high-quality papers and agendas, manage records with precision, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. If you enjoy working at the center of action, have an eye for detail, and take pride in making complex processes run seamlessly, this role offers a rewarding chance to contribute to Western Australia’s cultural future while building sought-after governance experience.

Conditions:

A current Satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 6 months) will be required prior to commencing employment.

Applicants for permanent positions in the Western Australian Public Sector must be Australian citizen or hold permanent resident status. For temporary (fixed term) positions, proof of eligibility to work in Australia for the contract duration is required.
