In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of end-to-end integrated communications strategies for Roads and Major Infrastructure/ Public Transport Projects. You will shape and deliver engaging communication strategies that connect frontline teams with key organisational priorities and project outcomes. Navigate a complex and high-profile infrastructure environment, driving clear, consistent and coordinated communications while identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration, improve engagement and minimise duplication across the agency.

You will partner with senior communications professionals and diverse stakeholders to develop targeted internal communications, weekly frontline messaging and integrated campaigns that inform, engage and align employees.

This is a Grade 7 Permanent position based in Macquarie Park. There are hybrid working arrangements in place. TfNSW Workplace presence policy applies.

About you

You're recognised as a collaborative communicator skilled at translating complex information into clear compelling messages, and excel working across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver integrated communication outcomes in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Your communication planning, stakeholder engagement and content development expertise, gained within government, infrastructure, transport or large-scale corporate environments, will see you excel in delivering impactful communications that support operational excellence and strategic priorities.
