The role

Nobu is a globally renowned restaurant celebrated for its innovative fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, complemented by an exceptional dining experience. Located at Crown Perth, Nobu provides an elegant and vibrant atmosphere where impeccable service and world-class cocktails come together to create unforgettable memories.

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and passionate individuals to join our bar team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.


In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Craft and build premium cocktails, including Nobu’s signature creations.
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and provide tailored drink recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including wine and sake.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a bar or hospitality environment, preferably in fine dining or luxury settings.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Additional Information


To be successful, you’ll:

  • Hold a current RSA certificate.

This role requires you to:

  • Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts.
  • Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
