About Us
The Australian Childcare Alliance Victoria (ACAV) is a membership-based peak body supporting early learning services across Victoria. We provide advice, advocacy, and professional development to help our members thrive. Join our small, passionate team and work in a bright, friendly office where every day is about making an impact.

About the Role
We are looking for a Projects Coordinator who is already working in early childhood and has strong sector knowledge, and who is ready for a new challenge. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our members and the sector through:

  • Coordinate sector projects from start to finish, including planning, logistics, and admin
  • Develop member resources, write copy, proposals, position statements, and online content
  • Deliver training opportunities – face-to-face, online, and webinars
  • Keep up-to-date with sector news, trends, and events to support our members
  • Pitch in across the team to support events, communications, and member engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early childhood regulations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with a small team, and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset – putting members first

Bonus If You Have:
