About the role (What you'll be doing)

We're looking for an Operations Intern to join the team and work across operations initiatives. This is an 12-week paid internship, with an immediate start.

This is a customer service role but with exposure to the operational side as well. You'll be focused on supporting patients as well as Operations, Commercial, and Growth teams to support high-impact projects that improve patient experience and strengthen the retention of our patients.

You'll be given meaningful responsibility from the start and trusted to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard.

Your work may span a mix of:

Testing & Rolling out new initiatives:

• Speaking with patients over the phone + emails
• Support initiatives that improve the end-to-end patient experience, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
• Analyse patient data and feedback to identify friction points and areas for improvement
• Support our Operations Team in rolling out successful initiatives to our support teams

This role is suited to someone early in their career who demonstrates strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a bias toward action.
