Waitstaff | Casual | 400 Gradi Eastland

400 Gradi Eastland is looking for experienced Waitstaff to join our growing summer team. With warmer evenings, festive catch-ups and the holiday dining season on the way, we have several casual opportunities available for people who love a busy service and know how to make guests feel welcome.

Whether hospitality is your career or weekends are your time to shine, bring your experience, energy and personality to the floor. Immediate starts available.

Required:

  • Current Victorian RSA
  • Minimum one year of experience in casual fine dining or fine dining
  • Availability Friday to Sunday, particularly evenings
  • A positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a team-first approach

Salary: Casual, Restaurant Industry Award – Level 2, plus superannuation and applicable penalties
Location: Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood, VIC

About the Role

You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and look after your section with confidence and care. Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams, you’ll help keep service flowing while making time for the small touches that turn a good meal into a great experience.

We’re heading into a busy season, shifts will mainly be on weekends and evenings.
You won’t work every weekend night, but flexibility across Friday to Sunday is essential.
