Position Overview:

Equilibrium Manufacturing is a rapidly growing food manufacturing company

specialising in high-protein food products. We are seeking professional, reliable,

and detail-oriented Packaging Shift Workers to support our production and

dispatch operations.

This role offers a flexible working environment and an excellent opportunity to

develop hands-on experience with food packaging processes and machinery

within a regulated manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the packaging of finished food products in accordance with company
• standards
• Assemble cartons and packaging materials for finished goods
• Accurately apply product and shipping labels
• Load baked products onto packaging machinery
• Support the operation of packaging equipment (training provided)
• Prepare finished products for dispatch and distribution
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe packaging area

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Willingness to learn packaging machinery and processes
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling
• Capacity to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability for flexible shifts
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging is desirable but not
• essential
