We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Automotive General Manager take the reins of a high-profile, multi-brand dealership and leave a genuine mark across Toyota, Volkswagen, and MG at one location.

In this role you’ll shape the strategy, culture, and customer experience end-to-end, leading experienced teams and elevating performance while working with three iconic brands at different stages of their journey.

About the role:

You will:

• Lead a high-performing dealership team and set the benchmark for an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience
• Coach and inspire leaders to consistently outperform targets and unlock growth
• Shape a strong inventory strategy that delivers results for both customers and the business
• Set clear goals that balance people development with commercial success
• Turn great service into repeat business through smart follow-up and lead-generation systems
• Be the senior face of the dealership, building strong manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, driving momentum, accountability, and results

Experience you bring with you:

• Past experience or readiness to take on a General Manager position in the Automotive industry
• A strong record of driving sales performance and commercial results
• A customer-first mindset with a clear focus on CSI and service excellence
• Confident, hands-on leadership with the ability to build high-performing teams
• Strong operational knowledge across sales and aftersales
• Clear communication skills and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
