  • Current Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
  • Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework
  • Ability to pass a national criminal history check
We offer our employees:
  • Educator Retention Grant: Enjoy a 10% wage boost plus our own additional 5% over-award rate (dependent on qualifications and experience)
  • Paid Birthday Leave: Celebrate your special day with a paid day off
  • Generous Childcare Discount: Receive up to 75% off the gap fee for your child’s care
  • Fitness Passport Access: Stay active and healthy with exclusive fitness program access
  • Ongoing Professional Development: Grow your skills with tailored learning opportunities
  • Financial Support for Certifications: We cover the costs for First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
  • Health Insurance Benefits: Access insurance perks through Queensland Country Health
  • Salary Packaging & Rewards: Benefit from RemServ salary packaging options and Rewards platform
