The Role

No two days are the same, you’ll be out in the community, building meaningful connections and providing hands-on support to help individuals live independently and achieve their personal goals.

In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting each client’s wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life through person-centred care and consistent, compassionate support.

Key Details:

  • Flexible casual schedule
  • Work is community-based, involving regular interaction and engagement
  • Experience supporting clients with autism, severe developmental delays and non-verbal communication.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work between 4-5 days per week
  • A calm, empathetic, and reliable approach to care

This is an ideal role for someone who is adaptable, compassionate, and motivated to support others in leading fulfilling lives.

Checks

All staff must have current a NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and covid certification. A driver's license and car is required.
