Program Support Officer, Clerk Grade 3/4, Metford
- Explore a rewarding opportunity as a Program Support Officer within the Northern Zone Operations team, providing high-quality project and administrative support across a range of activities.
- Support key functions including the Microsoft Office suite, report preparation, correspondence, team inbox management, meeting and workshop coordination, research, and document drafting.
- Work in a volunteer-based agency supporting communities across NSW.
- Full-time ongoing role.
- Location: Northern Zone – Metford.
About the opportunity
The NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) has an exciting opportunity for a program support professional looking to utilise and expand their skills and knowledge whilst working with a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
You will utilise your skills to assist the Northern Zone Operations team in the delivery of a range of projects/programs and initiatives to facilitate the timely delivery of objectives.
Working within a team, you will undertake basic research and analysis in assigned areas. You will also contribute to the preparation of reports to inform decision making and contribute to policy/program/project development.

- demonstrate high quality writing, communication and administration skills;
- have strong technology skills.
