About the role
This is a dynamic role ideally suited to someone who likes variation in their day and collaborating within a broader team to achieve success and provide valuable service to eligible clients.
A Typical Day

• Coordinate day to day operations of the Delivered Meals Program
• Maintain stock, client, and volunteer databases
• Responsible for stock rotation and ordering
• Coordinate, support, and provide a welcoming and supporting environment to volunteers,
• Using a person-centred approach, interact with clients to access service
• Work collaboratively with the Delivered Meals team, broader Aged and Community Care team, internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to complete each part of the role dependent on the needs of the team
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated client centred approach to your work and interactions
• Ability to support, train and coordinate volunteers
• Ability to keep records with a high degree of accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work within and apply policy and procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
