About the role

Temporary full time opportunity to lead the strategic development, implementation, review and continuous improvement of administrative services to meet organisational and Service Line objectives.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Ensure delivery of high-quality, sustainable administration services within the Service Line through consistent processes, reliable data, sound governance and effective project management, applying Lean improvement methodologies.
Drive and embed quality improvement initiatives through analysis of work practices, identification of improvement opportunities and facilitation of staff-led initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse and resolve workflow and service delivery issues impacting quality, efficiency and performance outcomes.
Lead change management and moderately complex projects to support service transformation and operational improvement.
Prepare and deliver planning documentation, reports, submissions and briefings, including strategies to address risks and issues affecting administrative support to clinical services.
