About the role and company:
SMAART has partnered with a fast-growing, tech-forward non-bank automotive finance provider on a mission to put more Australians in the driver’s seat through smart novated leasing solutions. As a Customer Service Officer, your role will be predominantly administration-based, with some phone-based customer interaction. You'll need to be confident communicating with customers and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
- Managing high-volume administrative tasks, including preparing payout letters, account statements, processing payment allocations and completing account checks.
- Handling customer complaints and de-escalating issues in a professional and timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring previous customer service and administration experience, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key skills and experience include:
- Experience working across multiple systems and CRM platforms.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail in a highly administrative role.
- Experience handling customer complaints (desirable).
- Previous experience within the financial services sector (highly desirable).
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change.
- We are recruiting for a permanent position and a 12-month term role both are - Full time | 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Monday to Friday | 2-4 weeks mandatory in-office training followed by hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Salary of $80,000-$93,000 inclusive of Super.
- Office located in Brisbane CBD.
- Start Date: ASAP, notice periods can be accommodated
