About Us

Cleaners Hub Co is a rapidly growing Sydney-based commercial cleaning company providing tailored cleaning solutions to offices, warehouses, medical centres, gyms, childcare facilities, food production sites, and commercial facilities across Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and assist with generating qualified site inspections for our sales team.

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and booking site inspections for our Business Development Team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with decision-makers, enjoys building rapport, and has experience working within a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Identify and engage with decision-makers
• Qualify leads based on company requirements
• Schedule site inspections and appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate records and notes within HubSpot
• Follow up with leads via phone and email
• Manage and update lead pipelines
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

RequirementsEssential

• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, Telemarketer, SDR, or BDR
• Experience using HubSpot CRM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident phone manner
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Equipment & Workspace Requirements

As this is a remote position, applicants must have:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Quality headset with microphone
• Quiet and professional workspace suitable for making calls
• Ability to attend virtual meetings when required

Preferred Experience

• Commercial cleaning industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn, or other lead generation tools
• Experience booking appointments for B2B services
• Experience working with Australian businesses and decision-makers
