About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role.

This role will primarily be based at the Victor Harbour Hospital. You will also be required to work regularly at other sites across the Fleurieu region, including the Victor Radiology Centre and Goolwa clinics to provide shift coverage.

About You

• Able to work on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
• Able to travel to work at multiple sites across the Fleurieu region.
• Friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about patient care.
• Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
• Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
• Resilient and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
