Meadows Family Doctors is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive general practice team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and patient enquiries
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Processing patient billing and payments
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist
• Proficiency with BP Premier or similar GP Practice software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, professional, and well presented
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
