About Ward 10
Ward 10 is located on the Repatriation Campus of Austin Health and is committed to promoting the highest levels of care for our patients. As the Patient Services Assistant (PSA), you will work collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals, who are passionate about providing best practice care for patients. You’ll enjoy our continuing education and quality improvement strategy, which is developed through leadership forums and committees. You’ll join a friendly and supportive team who genuinely enjoy their work and the contribution they make.
About the role
The role involves, a wide range of tasks including food service delivery, cleaning, patient movement and other general duties as per the Position Description linked .
We will provide a comprehensive onboarding process and orientation to the role, supported by our PSA and nursing team.
A regular day will see you:
Work collaboratively with our team of PSA staff and nurses.
Maintain our ward environment to a high cleaning standard.
Provide meals and refreshments with excellent customer service
